Welcome to Learn and Trade Academy! By accessing or using our website, including the free Phantom A.I Automated Trading software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

“PHANTOM A.I “ is a software that executes trades independently. This software assumes the following: that the client has his own trading account with a broker, that the software is installed on an IT device, and is continuously connected to the Internet. The software solution assumes that a leverage of 1:1000 is selected.
 

▎1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and the Phantom A.I Automated Trading software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

▎2.  service description
The service provider offers its customers basically the following services:
a) The software solution “PHANTOM A.I “ is offered independently of an ACADEMY account. The software solution is fully usable as long as the customer has acquired usage rights. After the expiration of the usage period, PHANTOM A.I will only maintain the open positions and, if necessary, open further positions, in order to secure the already opened position against negative price developments (hedging).
b) Notes: The Service Provider does not provide investment advice and does not do so on any of its channels or e.g. in videos, live video phone calls, in messanger groups (e.g. via Telegram) or by providing its software solutions (e.g. “PHANTOM A.I “). Furthermore, the provider does not perform any money or other banking transactions or securities trading for customers. It does not trade with money or securities of the customer. The Provider does not have access to Customer’s accounts or securities accounts.
c) The Service Provider also points out that it has programmed its software solutions to the best of its knowledge, but does not guarantee that it will always output the correct results. The use of the software is therefore expressly at the Customer’s own risk, who is solely and exclusively responsible for the input of data, the execution of the software and any possible losses.
 

▎2. Payments and Fees

 You may use the software free of charge; however, any payments made are strictly for the installation of the software.

▎2.1 No Financial Advice

All content on our website and associated marketing materials is intended for educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our software, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

▎2.2 Risk Disclosure

Trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should only trade with money that you can afford to lose. Before using the Phantom A.I software or engaging in any trading activities, we strongly recommend that you seek independent financial advice.

▎3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learn and Trade Academy, its employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Phantom A.I software or any related services.

3.1. Installation Fees and Liability Disclaimer

Installation fees are non-refundable once completed. Our team is not liable for any losses from the use of the Trading Software. All trading decisions are the user’s responsibility. Any monthly fees paid by clients cover VPS service and software update/maintenance fees and are not tied to the size of profit made.

▎4. Money Back Guarantee for “PHANTOM AI“: Each Client will be refunded the paid fee if the software does not achieve positive results within the first 30 days after registration, i.e. if the sum of the realized positions reduces the value of the initial capital in such a way that the account balance is lower than at the time of the initial capital deposit, and the Client writes an e-mail to the Service Provider requesting to make use of the „Money Back Guarantee“. The refund will be made through the means of payment used by the User. This money-back guarantee is valid if the software “PHANTOM“ has been installed under the conditions specified by Learn and Trade Academy Ltd. This also refers to the conditions of the broker.

▎5. Limitation of Liability

Learn and Trade Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Phantom A.I software or any content accessed through our website. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or any other commercial damages or losses.

▎6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.

▎7. Changes to Terms

Learn and Trade Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new term2
